The Frequency 55 Aspheric from CooperVision is a thin, highly deposit-resistant
monthly replacement lens designed to provide exceptional levels of comfort and
clear vision all day long. Manufactured using the patented “UltraSync”
technology, this lens may be effective in correcting lower degrees of astigmatism
(up to .75 D). The visibility tint makes handling the lens easier, and the frequent
replacement schedule is conducive to maintaining cleaner lenses and healthier
eyes.
The outstanding design of the monthly disposable Frequency 55 contact lenses concentrate the light behind the eye in a more focused way than traditional contact lenses. The aspheric design technology focuses the light in a better way to give a greater crisper vision to those using these contact lenses. The typical design uses a spherical technology that does not focus the light in the same manner as an aspheric design. The lenses are made of methafilcon A and are a soft contact lens. This material is a copolymer and they are tinted blue for handling purposes. The color tint will not change the color of your eyes when they are being worn.
