I have tried most brands in the past ten years of wearing lenses, and whilst I can say that Biomedics are not the worst lenses I have ever tried, nor are they the best. When I frst use them they are good and my eyesight is clear, but after just a few hours of use it seems that there is a build up on the lenses affecting both the comfort and the clarity of the lenses. |

I have recently gone back to my Acuvue lenses after giving these Biomedics 55 a go. I tried them for almost a month but had to change because they were just so uncomfortable. After a few hours having them in it feels that there is something rubbing against my eye, and over time they really dry out my eyes. |

I have read a number of reviews about these lenses and my own experiences don’t match up. I have found that the Biomedics 55 are really clear and are really comfortable, I can easily wear them for fourteen hours a day without any issue. They are comfortable and easy to maintain, although I guess that they are not for everyone. |

I have no real gripes with the Biomedics 55 but they are far from being the best contact lenses available to buy. Comfort wise they are okay, clarity wise they work, and they are okay when it comes to maintainence. They are in essence okay. There are a number of different lenses that do a much better job than these so I normally go for an Acuvue lens instead. |

I have been wearing Biomedics 55 for the last couple of years, although I am ashamed to say that I switched to Proclear for a while. Compared to Proclear these lenses are much stronger and are far more comfortable to wear. I also think that they are much clearer and beneficial to my sight. |
